Marketing Executive – Chinese & Central Asia Market
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies targeting the Chinese and Central Asia markets
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms (e.g. WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Telegram, regional social media channels)
  • Generate leads for language courses and corporate training programs
  • Coordinate with sales and academic teams to support student enrollment and corporate partnerships
  • Create and localize marketing content to suit cultural and language preferences of target markets
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize marketing activities
  • Manage relationships with education agents, partners, and overseas representatives
  • Support events, roadshows, webinars, and promotional activities (online and offline)
  • Ensure brand consistency in line with Berlitz global standards
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or student recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of the Chinese and Central Asia markets and customer behavior
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required; knowledge of Russian or Central Asian languages is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, social media management, and online advertising
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Good teamwork and coordination skills
