Coordinate the marketing of the Hospital's services to the public and corporate companies.
Support the hospital’s marketing and branding initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing events, and enhancing the hospital’s presence across digital and traditional platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to corporate clients.
- Attend to enquiries with regards to hospital services and facilities from corporate clients.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant public authorities, NGOs, other private hospitals, general practitioners, corporate clients, and media. Ensure the database is updated and in order.
- Plan, organize, and execute hospital events, health talks, roadshows, CSR activities, and community engagement programs together with the team.
- Assist in overseeing the organizing of public relations, advertising and promotional activities.
- Ensure that all marketing and promotion materials are relevant, current and sufficient.
- Produce engaging content for both digital and print platforms.
- Keep up with social media trends to create relevant and engaging content.
- Perform other related duties assigned or requested.
Education & Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Public Relations/ Marketing.
- 2-3 years experience in sales and marketing.
- Have good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to design and edit creatives using Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent design software).
Special Demands
- Must have own transport, willing to travel within Klang Valley.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to communicate with all level of people and departments.
