Role Overview

ServAuto is a fast-growing automotive aftersales platform based in Malaysia. The company standardizes car care services and ancillaries experience from online to offline, offering transparent pricing and quality assurance through a trusted workshop network. ServAuto combines e-commerce scale with physical network reliability—connecting car owners to quality workshops for oil changes, window tinting, and automotive accessories with one transparent, consistent brand experience.

This role plays a key part in building customer trust and local visibility for ServAuto at scale. You’ll own how ServAuto appears on Google, how customers perceive our workshops, and how insights from the market are translated into decisions. This is a foundational role for someone who enjoys structure, data, and real-world brand impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Local Visibility & Google Presence (GMB)
  • Support setup and optimisation of ServAuto Google My Business (GMB) listings
  • Ensure accuracy of workshop information (location, services, hours, contact)
  • Upload updated images and branding assets
  • Monitor visibility metrics (search views, map activity, engagement)
  • Identify missing or underperforming listings and coordinate new GMB setups
  • Maintain a simple tracker of all ServAuto locations and their status
2. Google Review & Customer Trust Management
  • Support partner workshops in driving authentic customer reviews
  • Maintain and improve review collection materials (QR cards, tent cards, templates)
  • Monitor daily reviews across all locations
  • Flag negative feedback or operational issues to internal teams
  • Track overall ratings, review growth, and sentiment trends
  • Conduct light competitor research (pricing, promotions, service offerings)
  • Analyse customer sentiment from reviews, comments, and feedback
  • Identify common customer pain points and behaviour trends
  • Summarise insights into clear, structured findings for internal stakeholders
4. Reporting & Internal Support
  • Assist in compiling weekly and monthly reporting materials, including:
  • Market and competitor updates
  • Organise data into clean, easy-to-understand summaries for management
5. Brand Asset & Platform Monitoring
  • Maintain and organise ServAuto’s brand asset library (logos, POSM, videos, catalogues)
  • Ensure correct naming, version control, and easy internal access
  • Observe competitor visibility and content direction
  • Highlight gaps and opportunities to improve brand presence
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Occasional assistance with basic social uploads or admin support
  • Support during festive campaigns, Mega Sales, or workshop events
