• Analyse and report on key metrics and campaign performance.
• Manage end-to-end live streaming sessions.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Multimedia, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• A minimum of 1 year(s) of relevant experience in an e-commerce, retail, or business development role
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, or Bahasa Malaysia is required
• Willing to be on standby remotely outside standard working hours (nights, weekends, and public holidays)
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Sheets
• Proficient in digital content creation, including image editing and video production (shooting and editing) using Canva and CapCut
• Familiar with social media and e-commerce landscape, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Comfortable participating in and engaging with live-streaming session
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service-oriented and a team player
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Responsibilities

Platform and Operational Management

• Manage daily end-to-end operations of online stores, including order fulfilment, packing, logistics, inventory synchronization, product orders, product listing accuracy, sales performance, etc.

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Respond to online customer inquiries across various channels for both pre-sales and after-sales needs

Competitor & Market Intelligence

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends

Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Develop eye-catching graphics and promotional visuals for social media, campaigns, and e-commerce platforms using Canva
• Lead the production of platform-optimized short-form videos, from the initial script to final edit

Performance Tracking & Insights

• Analyse and report on key metrics such as engagement, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights with actionable recommendations

Process Optimization

• Identify and develop process improvements to enhance efficiency across key business functions, such as order fulfilment, chat handling, content creation, and customer order management (as required)

Live Stream Hosting & Management

• Manage end-to-end live streaming sessions, taking ownership from initial concept through to post-session follow-up

Ad Hoc Tasks

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
