What Youll Be Crafting
- Create, monitor, analyze, and edit performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant traffic sources.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, optimize campaigns based on data insights, and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring ads are creative, appropriately displayed, and aligned with the company's objectives.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for management, tracking metrics like ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Experiment with new advertising platforms and channels, staying on top of emerging trends and exploring fresh opportunities for campaign growth.
- Monitor costs and optimize the return on investment (ROI) for each campaign, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including creative, copywriting, and project management, to ensure campaigns meet objectives and deliver results.
- Manage and execute marketing projects, ensuring that all deliverables are on time and align with specified goals and timelines.
Your Superpowers
- At least 2-3 years of experience managing paid social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly within digital and social media channels.
- Expertise in market research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and data analysis to drive better performance.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysia's social media landscape, with a keen eye for trends and the latest platform updates.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills for collaborating across teams and preparing reports.
- Proven ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and work proactively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
