Job summary

A growing baby-care brand is seeking a Branding & Marketing Event Executive to manage offline marketing campaigns in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves planning and executing various events such as roadshows, brand activations, and community events. Responsibilities include logistics coordination, managing promotional activities, and ensuring brand consistency. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in marketing and have 1–3 years of experience in event marketing. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.

  • Comfortable working on weekends or outside normal hours when required.

Pilloo Trading Sdn. Bhd. is a growing baby-care brand. We are looking for a Branding & Marketing Event Executive to manage offline marketing campaigns. This role focuses on planning and cross-team coordination to ensure campaigns are executed consistently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as mall roadshows, brand activations, community events, and partner collaborations
  • Coordinate all event logistics including timeline, budget, vendors, materials, and on-ground setup
  • Act as on-site PIC during events and manage promoters and external partners
  • Work with internal teams to ensure consistent brand presentation across all offline touchpoints
  • Manage sample distribution and promotional mechanics during events
  • Collect basic event data and customer feedback for post-event review
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in event marketing, activation, or on-ground promotion
  • Strong execution and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working on weekends or outside normal hours when required
  • Good communication skills in English & Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in FMCG, baby care, lifestyle, or retail brands
  • Experience in mall activation or roadshow events
  • Able to manage multiple vendors and timelines independently
