Additional Responsibilities
- Beyond setting up, you will also be responsible for tracking the overall performance of each campaign within our app.
- Bonus - if you’re familiar with MarTech solutions (or are a fast learner and have a keen interest to learn how MarTech platform solutions works)
Daily responsibilities include:
- Support the Campaign Operations team with in-app marketing campaign setup like Banners, EDM
- Needs to be comfortable and/or quick to learn setting up on platforms
- Work with the respective Marketing and Commercial teams to plan out the best in-app user journeys for each campaign
- Track and share monthly campaign performance updates; work closely with Regional MarTech and Product team to get updates on latest platform capabilities for in-app advertising, marketing, campaign design and set up enhancements, and then localise it to the local team.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Marketing Performance / Digital Marketing / Campaign Operations fields
- Good team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Loves problem solving operational inefficiencies
- Big believer in simplifying user experiences within the app
- Comfortable working with Martech solutions
- Experience / Exposure to communication & HTML Coding tools such as Leanplum, HTML5 will be added advantage
- Have the basic understanding of planning for ‘best in-app user journeys and experiences’
- Have a flair for solving and optimising for campaign operational (and even technical) challenges
- Love working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
