Marketing & Business Operations Executive (Start ASAP)
Drive marketing campaigns and support business operations for Refash, a leading secondhand fashion platform in Southeast Asia.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative briefs, copywriting for social media posts, ads, emails, and manage the monthly content calendar
- Execute online and offline marketing activities by creating engaging content for ads and social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS - Rednote), Facebook, and the website
- Conduct trend research and align social media content with brand messaging
- Generate and manage leads for partnerships and collaborations with KOLs, UGC creators, and brands
- Provide operational support for Instant Cash Out events and offline activations, coordinating logistics and on-ground activities
- Maintain trackers and support reporting for retail and supply teams using Excel/Google Sheets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Coordinate reconciliation with the Accounts Payable team weekly
- Consolidate monthly store sales data, perform payment reconciliation, and submit Gross Turnover (GTO) reports to landlords or malls monthly
- Support preparation of annual audited sales reports with finance teams and external auditors
- Assist with lease renewals, terminations, and coordination with landlords across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong as needed
- Apply for necessary business licenses and approvals as required
About You
The company is looking for:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to learn are valued
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written; Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for social media posts, ads, emails, and campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu/Rednote, Facebook) and digital marketing trends
- Comfortable being on camera for content creation and social media
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, trackers, and data consolidation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proactive and flexible, willing to tackle tasks as business needs evolve
