A prominent construction company is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support daily operations, including organizing marketing materials and coordinating client communications. The ideal candidate will have a degree related to marketing or engineering, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities include managing expense claims and maintaining the customer database. Support the Marketing Department in daily operations, including organizing marketing materials, project coordination, and client communication.
Gather, analyze, and compile market and industry information to support business development activities.
Assist in preparing tender documents, presentations, promotional materials, and marketing content.
Coordinate and support client meetings and other external activities.
Manage the department’s expense claims, including invoice collection, form submission, approval follow-up, and reimbursement tracking.
Maintain and update the customer database, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure proper document filing.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with the construction or engineering industry will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with good data organization skills.
