Marketing Functions
  • Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage social media updates, monitor engagement, and assist in responding to online inquiries.
  • Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams for marketing materials and merchandise.
  • Maintain proper documentation of marketing expenses, quotations, and approvals.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Customer Service Functions
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, or social media.
  • Provide product information, order updates, and after-sales support to customers.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics) to ensure timely response and resolution.
  • Record and monitor customer issues to ensure proper closure and follow-up.
  • Support in maintaining good relationships with business partners, distributors, and end consumers.
Requirements
