Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital advertising to engage with target audiences effectively.

Plan and execute promotional events such as open days, school fairs, webinars, and information sessions.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and online content.

Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve outreach and conversion rates.

Strengthen relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and community organizations to expand recruitment channels.

Admissions Operations

Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the admissions department, ensuring a smooth and efficient application process.

Manage inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing timely and accurate information on programs, enrollments and application requirements.

Organise and conduct campus tours, student interviews and admissions assessments to evaluate applicant suitability.

Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping for all applications, maintaining compliance with school policies and data protection regulations.

Identify and implement admission process improvements to enhance applicant experience and streamline enrolment procedures.

Team & Performance Management

Lead and supervise the admissions team, ensuring high levels of efficiency, professionalism and customer service.

Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices in student recruitment and engagement.

Track and analyse marketing and enrolment data, identifying trends to refine recruitment strategies.

Prepare and present reports on student application trends, conversion rates and retention statistics to school leadership.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students and educational consultants, acting as the primary point of contact.

Address inquiries, concerns and special requests in a timely and professional manner to enhance the admissions experience.

Develop onboarding and orientation programmes to ensure a seamless transition for newly enrolled students and their families.

Establish a feedback system to continuously improve the admissions and marketing experience based on stakeholder input.

Work closely with academic and administrative teams to align marketing and admissions strategies with school programmes.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for advertising placements, media buys and production of promotional materials.

Support cross‑departmental initiatives, including alumni engagement, scholarship programmes and corporate partnerships.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market demands to refine recruitment strategies accordingly.
