Market Insight Research (Senior/Executive)

The Senior Marketing Insights Executive is responsible for driving data-informed marketing decisions by translating consumer, market, and business data into actionable insights. This role supports strategic planning, campaign optimization, product development, and overall business growth by delivering high-quality research, analytics, and reporting.

Performance Analysis
  • Coordinate with creative, media, PR & Social and activation agencies on the quarterly performance review workshop - prepare campaign post mortem report, KPI tracker, sales data report.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and present findings in clear, actionable formats.
  • Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior, cultural shifts, competitor activities, and category trends.
  • Conduct research (quantitative, qualitative, digital/social listening) to uncover insights that guide strategy.
  • Identify emerging market trends, consumer behaviors, and category dynamics to inform marketing and product strategies.
Brand & Campaign Support
  • Assist in implementing brand strategy/architecture across categories, ensuring messaging and positioning consistency.
  • Contribute to the preparation of campaign briefs and align execution teams with strategic objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Communications, or any related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, media analysis, or market research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Office, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, attention to details, consumer & market awareness, smoothen work process.
