Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Watch Keeping Officer on foreign-going vessels.
• Knowledge of local water environment and rules.
• Knowledge of local and international marine regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise and coordinate with Port Control for safe operations.
• Ensure navigational safety of vessels during berthing and unberthing.
• Monitor efficiency of marine operations and communicate effectively.
