  • Maintain compliance with temporary operating instructions.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
  • Ensure compliance with EHSQ (Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality) and Food Safety management systems, meeting regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Promote safe practices by supporting hazard identification, incident reporting, and investigations; assist in implementing safety programs such as WALK, HIRA, LSR, and EASI.
  • Support environmental initiatives by understanding and applying environmentally safe processes and practices in daily operations.
  • Assist in staff development, including onboarding, training, and performance reviews; contribute to creating a flexible and skilled workforce.
  • Manage operating costs by supporting cost control measures, reducing rework, and leading area-level cost-saving projects.
  • Support production operations by ensuring adherence to SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and 5S principles; assist in meeting production schedules and KPIs.
  • Contribute to project activities, including Management of Change (MOC), equipment training, and post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as investigating complaints, managing corrective actions, and supporting halal certification and continuous improvement programs.
  • Maintain compliance with temporary operating instructions (TOI) and assist in updating procedures and documentation for production processes.
