Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Ensure compliance with EHSQ (Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality) and Food Safety management systems, meeting regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Promote safe practices by supporting hazard identification, incident reporting, and investigations; assist in implementing safety programs such as WALK, HIRA, LSR, and EASI.
- Support environmental initiatives by understanding and applying environmentally safe processes and practices in daily operations.
- Assist in staff development, including onboarding, training, and performance reviews; contribute to creating a flexible and skilled workforce.
- Manage operating costs by supporting cost control measures, reducing rework, and leading area-level cost-saving projects.
- Support production operations by ensuring adherence to SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and 5S principles; assist in meeting production schedules and KPIs.
- Contribute to project activities, including Management of Change (MOC), equipment training, and post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as investigating complaints, managing corrective actions, and supporting halal certification and continuous improvement programs.
- Maintain compliance with temporary operating instructions (TOI) and assist in updating procedures and documentation for production processes.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of EHSQ standards, GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to adapt to change and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
