• Minimum 5 years of working experience in automation within a high-mix and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 and experience in constructing machinery would be an added advantage.
• Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical team and ensure team motivation and effective oversight.
• Design and implement innovative strategies to boost quality and productivity.
• Develop strategies to minimize machine downtime and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with vendors to customize and construct machines for expansion.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and monitor parts usage.
