What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Monitoring production processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing necessary measures to maintain a safe work environment
• Providing hands‑on technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team
• Identifying and addressing issues or bottlenecks in the production process
• Collaborating with other departments to optimise overall manufacturing efficiency
