Manufacturing Engineer (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Support and improve manufacturing processes to achieve targets in quality, yield, productivity, and cost.

Provide daily production and process support, including troubleshooting of process, equipment, and quality issues.

Assist in process optimization, cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and continuous improvement activities.

Participate in new process or product introduction, qualification, and production ramp-up activities.

Collect, analyze, and interpret production data; prepare reports and improvement proposals.

Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and EHS teams to ensure stable and safe operations.

Support implementation and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, and control plans.

Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions using basic problem-solving tools (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D).

Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and digital manufacturing initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience are also welcome and will be considered based on experience.
• Basic understanding or strong interest in manufacturing processes, production operations, and engineering support.
• Willingness to work in a factory / manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and improve processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to ERP / MES systems is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
