Job description

Possess innovative ideas, analytical skills, and sound technical knowledge to solve the following as a team:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Quality improvements (wafer crack, wafer take out, electrical failures, etc.)
  • Productivity improvements (production output, production efficiency, etc.)
  • Cost reduction (material change, energy saving programs, etc.)
  • Be well versed, identify, and prioritize key processes for continuous improvements for quality, productivity, and cost.
  • Be a mentor for module technicians; provide technical directions to drive continuous improvement projects.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting non-conformance products to regain and sustain product quality.
  • Sustaining and continuous improvements of Key Process Variables (Output and Input).
  • Achieve quality standards and production output set by Management.
  • Participate and engage in new equipment setup and qualifications.
  • Train and certify technicians and lower-level engineers in training and in performing their duties.
  • Drive improvement projects and lead a team of technicians.
  • Generate new ideas and solutions for yield improvements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering/Science field or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in wafer processes will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
