Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree. Candidates with a background in education or Chinese language studies will be given preference. Fluent in Mandarin, English, optionally Bahasa Malaysia. Positive attitude, collaborative teamwork, proficiency in basic computer writing and editing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin. Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions. Have excellent teaching organization and communication skills, able to inspire students' interest in learning and guide them to actively participate in classroom activities. Exhibit good professional ethics and conduct, able to lead by example and serve as a role model and mentor for students. Skills required: Subject Knowledge, Communication, Patience, Adaptability and Time Management.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Delivering Lessons: Designing and implementing lesson plans that align with curriculum standards, educational objectives, and students\' needs.
• Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment through effective discipline, organization, and classroom routines.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Administering tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess students\' understanding and progress, providing feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Individualized Instruction: Tailoring teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, providing extra support or challenges as needed.
• Student Engagement: Motivating and engaging students in learning activities, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.
