  • Minimum 2-3 years TL experience in BPO sector..
  • Proven sales background in BPO settings preferred (B2C & B2B preferred).
  • Excellent Mandarin (read, write, speak) and English communication.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and Excel skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Able to work rotational shift.
  • Willing to relocate to Penang.

  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with both internal teams and external stakeholders
