Polymorph Recruitment – Shah Alam, Selangor

A Singapore-based Family Office is seeking a confident, polished, and socially astute Investor Relations & Executive Liaison to support a principal Investor operating from Denai Alam, Shah Alam.

This role combines executive support, client relationship coordination, and high-level social representation. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between the Investor, high-net-worth (HNW) clients, private bankers, and business partners in both shopper and social environments.

The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to represent the Family Office credibly at business dinners, networking sessions, and lifestyle-oriented client engagements, including events involving alcohol consumption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full executive and personal assistance to the Investor, including managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, travel arrangements, and confidential documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of basic financial, investment, and client-related materials.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with HNW clients, private bankers, and financial institutions, acting as a professional point of contact before, during, and after meetings and engagements.
  • Support client onboarding, follow‑ups, and relationship continuity.
  • Attend client dinners, networking events, and business entertainment sessions (including evenings and weekends) and adapt presentation/attire appropriately.
  • Represent the Family Office confidently in both formal and social settings and participate in business-related social engagements where alcohol may be served or consumed.
  • Travel frequently within Malaysia and occasionally overseas for business and client कोणत engagements and maintain flexibility in working hours based on business and client needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in private banking, wealth management, financial services, investment, or Family Office environments.
  • Previous business owners, entrepreneurs, or individuals with P&L or client‑facing leadership experience (strongly encouraged).
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and HNW clients.

Package & Details

Basic salary: Up to RM15,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS & allowances
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (WFH arrangements if there are evening events)
Travel allowances provided for business trips
