As we expand rapidly across Southeast Asia, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager who is passionate about beauty, retail innovation, and brand building. In this role, you will lead integrated sales and marketing strategies, grow brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and drive revenue across retail, digital, and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Plans: Craft and execute integrated strategies to promote new and existing products through both retail and digital channels.
- Coordinate Sales Activities: Oversee sales operations and campaign performance to ensure alignment with marketing and brand goals.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor movements to refine sales & marketing strategies.
- Manage Marketing Budget: Strategically plan and allocate resources across online and offline platforms for maximum ROI and brand impact.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Retail Operations, Creative, and Product teams to deliver consistent brand messaging and experiential execution.
- Lead Campaign Execution: Drive launch campaigns, promotions, and regional brand activations in partnership with distributors and key retail partners.
- Handle Ad-hoc Projects: Support management with special projects, events, and business development initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay — essential for interacting with diverse customers, partners and media.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or retail industry, with a strong track record in sales and marketing leadership.
- Leadership & People Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of sales executives and brand ambassadors.
- Strategic & Creative Thinker: Able to connect numbers with narratives — turn data into insights and insights into impactful campaigns.
- Digital & Retail Savvy: Strong understanding of social media, TikTok Shop, and omnichannel retail marketing.
- Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Travel Ready: Willing to travel across Southeast Asia for market visits, launches and team training when required.
