JOB SUMMARY

Provide Employee Benefits solution to intermediaries and customer. Ensure highest level of assistance / support is rendered to the intermediaries or customers. Connect with related internal or external parties to ensure delivery of services required (eg. third party administrators, TPAs) to intermediaries or customers. Ensure activities, plans and business decisions are aligned and appropriately executed. Provide timely feedback on changes in industry preference, regulations, and competitors.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To achieve yearly target and support all segments of UOB branches in Personal Financial Services, Mortgage, Business Banking and Commercial Banking.
  • To service and support Business Partner (UOB) based on designated branches by providing product training and sales coaching, joint field work, events coordination and any other business development activities.
  • To promote key KPI i.e. NBP, Active Ratio, Productivity and Average case size, in meeting overall company's strategic direction.
  • To promote healthy product mix by focusing on protection-based products.
  • To support on New Business Penders management and post-sales servicing matter.
  • Organize, facilitate and drive bancassurance through trainings, client events and sales activities related to bancassurance.
  • Strategize and plan in achieving the region sales target.
  • Collaborate and maintain good relationship with business partner.
JOB SPECIFICATION
  • Possess a recognized Degree / Diploma / Certificate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years sales experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong products knowledge especially in insurance.
  • Knowledge of insurance, banking and other financial products.
  • Sales and achievement-oriented with positive mindset and a good team-player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multi-lingual ability.
  • Able to travel outstation.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative communication ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital communication platforms, including LinkedIn.
