Sales
  • Monitor and update daily sales transactions through the developer system to ensure accurate and timely recording of data.
  • Attend to all forms of sales inquiries, including soft and project launches, to meet individual sales targets.
  • Review and analyze daily sales reports and related documentation to assess sales performance.
Customer Service
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring alignment with the company’s quality and service standards.
Marketing
  • Manage the promotional budget and marketing expenses to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including sales planning, pricing, advertisements, and promotions.
Authorities
  • Oversee the submission of APDL new or renewal applications, report Borang 7F, and NAPIC reports to ensure compliance with MOH submission requirements.
Market Survey
  • Supervise team members in conducting market surveys and research to stay informed about the latest market demands.
Sales Documentation
  • Monitor the status of Sale & Purchase Agreement and Loan Agreement signings to ensure completion within 21 days, achieving high operational efficiency.
People Management
  • Supervise team members to build a motivated and skilled team.
  • Monitor individual performance to drive a high-performance team.
