Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing activities for building materials across Malaysia.
- Achieve assigned sales budgets and targets.
- Conduct and compile market intelligence reports.
- Expand customer base by identifying and securing new key accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Cultivate new business opportunities in building materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with departments for efficient sales operations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.

- Conduct and compile market intelligence reports, including product performance, industry trends, and competitor analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
- Expand customer base by identifying, engaging, and securing new key accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market opportunities and achieve business growth.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the building materials sector.
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, contractors, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve performance goals.
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders/customers to ensure efficient and seamless sales operations.
- Increase market share by delivering tailored solutions that meet customers’ needs.
- Ensure timely collection of payments to support healthy cash flow.
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by management.
