  • Drive sales and marketing activities for building materials across Malaysia, ensuring strong market presence and brand positioning.
  • Achieve assigned sales budgets and targets by closely following up on customer requirements, monitoring order progress, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Conduct and compile market intelligence reports, including product performance, industry trends, and competitor analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Expand customer base by identifying, engaging, and securing new key accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market opportunities and achieve business growth.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the building materials sector.
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, contractors, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve performance goals.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely sales reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders/customers to ensure efficient and seamless sales operations.
  • Increase market share by delivering tailored solutions that meet customers’ needs.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments to support healthy cash flow.
  • Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by management.
