A property development company is seeking a Manager for Property Development & Project (Planning & Business Development). This role involves overseeing project planning, conducting market studies, and liaising with various stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience in the property development sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to prepare formal correspondence and project presentations.
Assisting in property planning/ pre-development. Conceptual planning proposal for new proposed land. Conducting market study, identify investment opportunities and performing feasibility studies (Project costing to identify the GDV, GDC & GDP of new project.
Assisting the GM and work closely with Business Development team in the constant look-out for land or properties for acquisition or joint-venture.
Oversee and assisting the liaison team to obtain the speedy approval from technical departments / local authorities inclusive of KM/DO, Building Plan & Infra Approval in varies Local Authority.
Building community support and working with various internal and external stakeholder groups
To liaise with marketing department on design and marketing requirements to the assigned projects.
Oversee overall progress of projects regarding budgets and timelines
Work in close collaboration and efficiently and supportive services team to create supportive service plans and agreements, define each project’s target population, unit mix, and incorporate design recommendations
Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners, including government personnel, consultants, contractors, architects, and others
Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field
Serve as an articulate, visible and effective spokesperson for the organization and its projects
