Job description

Understand technical concepts, architecture, structure and other disciplines associated with the defined projects, applies knowledge to deliverables, and leverages it to accelerate project planning and design development process.

Foster communication across functional departments and coordinate with various stakeholders in the property development.

Lead design development stage from initiation to completion.

Translate conceptual design and applied technical knowledge in translating design into buildability, while meeting project specifications, including quality, cost effectiveness and timely deliverables.

Drive the team in ensuring project deadlines are met.

Lead design coordination meeting, constantly review on the design details across all the drawings submission by the team consultant.

Identify opportunities to improve quality, value engineering & cost optimization through design details.

Accountable for overall quality design consistency of work products.

Creative & innovative in developing project from conceptual design for new parcel.

Other ad-hoc task assigned by Superiors/ Sr. Managers.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Architecture or other equivalent fields.

At least 10 years of experience in the Architecture/ project management/ property development industry.

Proficiency in Design Development and lead projects from initiation to completion.

Strong skills in conceptual design and applied technical knowledge in translating design into buildability, while meeting project specifications, including quality, cost effectiveness and timely deliverables.

Knowledge of authority compliance requirements, guidelines and rules and regulations related to property development.

Strong knowledge and skill in handling 2D/ 3D modelling or any other equivalent modelling software. (Inclusive but not limited to AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop).

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point, Project, Team).

Experience in high-rise projects is an advantage.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities. Ability to communicate and coordinate across departments and different management level.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills, creative, innovative and with cost conscious and result-oriented mindset.

Self-driven and ability to work in a dynamic environment, solving problems effectively and ensuring collaboration with diverse teams.
