Working Hours & Region

Working hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM

Responsibilities
  • Lead employees using performance management tools and experience, manage capacity planning, manage new staff on‑boarding and provide oversight and direction to the employees in the department in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure quality of service delivered is in line with standard practice, superior quality and timeliness.
  • Ensure errors and omissions are maintained at an absolute minimum, or where occurring, are not repetitive in nature.
  • Ensure to escalate any error/omission in respect of the existing procedures and practice.
  • Effectively manage relationship with key stakeholders to balance service, risk and efficiency. Provide support to internal stakeholders and clients for queries and instruction format / execution of cash payment instruction.
  • Effectively manage team members, motivation and conflict resolution. Organize the daily work with the team, especially in absence of Supervisor.
  • Contribute towards major projects, risk measurement and implementation.
  • Ensure continuous sharing of information to Senior manager and team members, along with oversight team(s), and provide senior management coverage in the absence of the Senior Managers or Head of Department.
  • Understand, and be positioned to execute: organize and manage the handling of cash processing (payments & receipts) and cash queries requested by Internal and External Stakeholders, CACEIS Correspondent Banks, or External Counterparties.
  • Sensibilize people about best practice in terms of Cash Payments operations flow.
  • Mitigate financial/reputational risk by ensuring appropriate structure, resources, procedures and controls are developed and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements or company policies.
