Job description

The Manager, Marketing is in charged of all the marketing activities for Lexus. Marketing activities including digital activation, on ground activities, online selling readiness and new car launch campaign planning.

Responsibilities
  • Development of Lexus marketing strategy & communication plan
  • Understand and identification of specific target customers for each model
  • Development and execution of differentiated and top-notch guest experience plan
  • Development and execution of Lexus digital communication plan.
  • Management of Lexus inventories and marketing tools including marketing cars
  • Translating Lexus global marketing strategy to local marketing communication and activation
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Has experienced in on ground, digital and campaign planning activations.
  • Professional level of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Analytical thinking
  • Resourcefulness – Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • At least 8 years of proven marketing experience (Prior experience with luxury brands are a plus).
  • Experience in automotive industry is an added advantage
