Job summary

A leading infrastructure company in Selangor is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee IT operations and lead project teams in ERP implementation. The role includes managing network security, vendor relationships, and infrastructure maintenance. Job description

To oversee the smooth operations of IT activities.

Lead the planning and implementation of any IT Project.

Lead the project team in ERP implementation and support.

Implements network security according to company policy.

Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure.

Oversees the administration of the company's WAN.

Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.

Works with project teams to support on the implementation of Internal Systems.

Develops and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.

Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.

Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.

Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the office assigned.

Perform any other job functions that may be assigned by the Superior.

Job Qualifications

Possess a Degree in Computer Science/ Professional IT or equivalent.

Minimum 8 years’ experience in relevant industry.

Experience in ERP implementation.

Experience in LAN and WAN setup and maintenance.

Solid experience in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Server respective administration tools such as Firewall, VPN, DNS, DHCP and etc.

Experience in Windows Server and Microsoft SQL.

Experience in Internet security administration.
