A global transport and logistics company in Selangor, Malaysia is looking for an HR Manager to oversee HR strategies and practices that align with business goals. The successful candidate will manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Malaysia’s labor laws. This pivotal role requires strong leadership and HR expertise, with a minimum of 6–10 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial position.
This role is to lead and oversee all aspects of the human resources function, ensuring that HR strategies and practices align with business goals. This role is responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with Malaysia’s labour laws. The HR Manager partners with management to build a positive work culture, support employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness.
