A leading insurance provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Manager for Human Resource operations at their head office. You will oversee recruitment, compensation and benefits, and performance management while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or related field along with 8 to 10 years of HR experience, showcasing strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Drive workforce planning, organisational development, and HR strategy.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
Implement HR policies and initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
8 to 10 years of HR experience with managerial exposure.
Strong leadership skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
