About the role

Seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Planning to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full‑time position.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain the bank’s financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision‑making
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, analyses and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Support the annual budgeting and planning process
• Provide financial advice and guidance to business units on various initiatives
• Monitor financial performance against targets and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

What we’re looking for

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting
• Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting using Excel and other data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Adaptable and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exposure to the banking or financial services industry would be an advantage
