Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and monitoring the Company’s key strategic directions.
• Prepare and deliver reports to track key KPIs.
• Manage the data and analytics strategy for the Company.
• Collaborate with department leads and the Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure business objectives are met.
• Oversee transformational projects that help the Company achieve its goals.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify process gaps, weaknesses, and challenges in key departments. Propose solutions to resolve these issues efficiently.
• Develop and maintain data analytics dashboards and manage data.
• Monitor business performance, analyse gaps, and suggest ways to address them.
• Work with business managers to ensure key performance metrics align with overall business strategies.
• Ensure effective communication of corporate strategies to all staff and alignment of Company KPIs.
• Provide or compile analysis on key industry trends, competitor insights, benchmarking, and other indicators.
• Prepare management reports and ad hoc reports for the CEO’s office (e.g., quarterly dialogues, Board presentations, Townhall presentations, business plans, etc.).
• Take minutes during management meetings.

Job Specification

• Degree in any discipline with a strong understanding of finance, accounting, actuarial science, or corporate strategy.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Exposure to coding and proficiency in analytical tools is advantageous.
• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, corporate strategy, business consulting, or project and change management.
