A leading insurance provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to lead and execute marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for campaign management, engaging cross-functional teams, and driving customer engagement. Candidates should have a degree in Business or Marketing and a minimum of 8 years in the financial services or insurance industry. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin as a bonus.
Supporting Senior Manager, Customer Marketing on meeting marketing KPI/targets to support on the overall company business growth.
Development and end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives for internal and external customers through cross-sell, up-sell, event trigger based, new customers acquisition etc.
Design and implementation of customer engagement and cross-selling initiatives utilizing a customer engagement platform or tool.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver customers campaigns/initiatives and process betterment project.
Ensure extensive communication and engagement with internal and external customers in driving campaign deliverables and performance.
Front business presentations for campaigns/projects which include preparation of performance reports, analytic insights and presentation materials.
Post-marketing campaign analysis to improve on key marketing campaigns to yield productive customer segments.
Project manage on marketing campaign to ensure timely delivery of campaign launch effectively and efficiently.
Drive and execute marketing campaigns with sizeable, strong proposition and quality leads for agency distribution channel.
Drive continuity in betterment and innovation for campaign launches, communication with internal and external customers and campaign fulfillment process.
Activating and driving on ground campaign awareness through sales channel.
Actively handling campaign enquiries via dedicated hotline (agents-fronting) and mailbox.
Drive the development & deployment of customer engagement communications via marketing tool - Customer Engagement Platform.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years working experience in the financial services or insurance industry, preferably in the function of marketing campaign.
Significant experience in leading projects and initiatives that involve cross-functional team collaboration.
Demonstrate good business acumen and strong leadership skills.
Agile and Resilient with ability to work under pressure and tight timeline.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
Proficiency with MS especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in marketing technology tools (such as CEP, CRM) is an added advantage.
