A leading healthcare facility in Malaysia is seeking a skilled professional to develop and manage campaigns that enhance its positive image and reputation. The ideal candidate will lead the Brand & Communications department, ensuring alignment with the hospital's mission and values, and produce quality marketing materials. Applicants must hold a relevant degree, possess at least 5 years of experience, and communicate effectively in English, Malay, and Mandarin. This role may require occasional weekend work. Develop and manage campaigns/programmes to enhance the positive, good image and reputation of the MMC hospital.
Ensure that the Brand & Communications department meets or exceeds its goals, objectives to be aligned with the hospital’s vision, mission, objectives and core values.
To lead and manage a team in this department and work cohesively with the other departments in the organization
Develop right messages for all of the hospital’s marketing materials and collaterals including advertisements, promotional posters, videos, signages, uniforms, wayfinding directions
Handles and execute quality deliverables either in press/media publicity programmes, sponsorships, events, advertising/promotional campaigns either with or without the support and assistance from 3rd party consultants or contractors
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications or equivalent
Willing to go extra miles to accomplish hospital and team goals, including work on weekends if required
At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
Ability to communicate effectively in English, Malay and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
