Operations Management:
Monitor and manage daily body and paint workshop operations, ensuring adherence to Toyota's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Plan, coordinate, and manage the receiving of Body & Paint customers, following established procedures.
Develop and implement Body & Paint business operations, including SOPs and policies.
Lead, plan, and manage the production department, including body shop, paint shop, and assembly shop, ensuring efficiency.
Ensure accurate repair estimates for both insurance and cash-paying customers.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the body and paint technicians and other workshop staff.
Provide training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
Business Development:
Assist in developing strategies for marketing activities and expanding the Body & Paint business.
Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Negotiate with insurance companies and customers.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure all repairs meet Toyota's quality standards and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
Minimum Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive) or any related field of study is required.
Candidates must have at least 4 years relevant experience in the Body & Paint , automotive industry, specifically in Toyota Brands.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Possess a valid class D / B2 driving license.
