The Manager/Assistant Senior Manager plays a key role in driving corporate outreach, managing MBA consulting projects, overseeing course management within the MBA curriculum, and delivering impactful experiential learning opportunities for MBA students.
This position focuses on building strong relationships with industry partners, collaborating with faculty and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that both courses and experiential initiatives provide high-quality, relevant, and career-enhancing learning experiences that align with the MBA programme’s objectives.

For the Assistant Senior Manager position, the incumbent will be responsible for continuously reviewing, designing, and expanding experiential learning opportunities and initiatives that enhance the MBA student learning experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university
• At least 5 years’ experience in outreach, business development, or a related field
• Strong track record in corporate engagement and relationship management.
• Experience in education, training needs analysis, or experiential learning (preferred)
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives, faculty, and a diverse student body
• A good communicator, a people-person and a problem solver
• An initiator and fast-Learner, easy-going and out-spoken, proactive, and adaptable
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and educational IT systems
