The role involves developing brand strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and managing corporate communications. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in relevant fields, with a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for effectively collaborating across teams.

Develop and implement brand strategy and visual identity across all channels
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote programmes and initiatives
Transform campaign data into actionable insights, continuously refining strategies to maximize engagement and brand perception.
Manage social media content, engagement, and performance tracking
Lead corporate communications, including press releases, newsletters, and executive messaging
Build media relationships and manage public relations efforts
Coordinate creation of marketing materials and digital content
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular report key metrics on campaign effectiveness, budget usage, and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies and consistent messaging across all marketing efforts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
People management skills with regards to event production and management.
Effective project management with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Experiences:
At least 5 years of working experience in marketing, brand management or corporate communications. Prior experience in an advertising agency is an added advantage.
Qualification:
Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relation, Business Administration, or any other related field.
