We work closely with regional, marketplace, operations, government relations, and fleet partners to support business growth. The team focuses on supply planning, onboarding, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to drive long‑term success.

The team focuses on supply planning, onboarding, process improvement, and cross‑functional coordination to drive long‑term success.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Develop and execute acquisition plans that support supply needs across cities.
  • Lead onboarding and demand‑generation activities to maintain supply levels.
  • Review performance metrics to identify trends and improve outcomes.
  • Support regulatory engagement by coordinating with government agencies.
  • Work with internal teams to align policies and resolve supply‑related issues.
  • Lead projects to improve processes and enhance onboarding experience.
  • Use data insights to guide planning and future acquisition strategies.
Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

You will:

  • Experience in acquisition, operations, fleet management, or a related field.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Comfortable working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with mobility, logistics, or automotive supply is useful.

You have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Aanalytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience in running programs or campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Knowledge of mobility supply dynamics, fleet utilization, and the driver lifecycle.
  • Experience working with regulatory authorities on compliance matters.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
