Management Trainee (MT) – HR&Admin/ Sales&Marketing/ Supply Chain/ Production

We are seeking ambitious and high-potential individuals to join our Management Trainee (MT) Programme, a professional development program designed to groom future leaders in HR & Admin, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain (Logistic/ Procurement/ Warehouse), or Production.

This is not an ordinary entry-level role. You will be involved in strategic projects, critical decision-making, and real business challenges from day one. Successful completion of the program will position you for key roles within your department, making a direct impact on the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
HR & Administration
  • Drive strategic HR projects, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to HR policy development
  • Collaborate with senior management on human capital planning and organizational strategy
  • Assist in developing and executing department strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales performance to deliver actionable recommendations
  • Lead projects to improve customer engagement, brand visibility, and revenue generation
  • Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes
Supply Chain (Logistics/ Procurement/ Warehouse)
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
  • Analyze logistics and inventory data to identify gaps and recommend solutions
  • Lead process improvement projects to drive operational effectiveness
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and efficient supply chain solutions
Production
  • Engage in production management projects to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Analyze production metrics and contribute to decision-making for workflow optimization
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and implement best practices under senior guidance
  • Work with management to develop leadership skills and prepare for supervisory roles
