Who We Are Looking For:

• Must possess a valid driving license and own transport (willing to travel between HQ and outlets).

General Structure of Trainee Modules

• Departmental Rotation – spend several months in different departments to understand the entire business ecosystem.
• Mentorship & Shadowing – direct guidance from senior leaders and managers to develop decision‑making skills.
• On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) – hands‑on experience with real business challenges and strategic projects.
• Soft Skills Workshops – training sessions focused on communication, conflict resolution, and team management.
• Performance Feedback – regular evaluations and 1‑on‑1 sessions to track progress toward a permanent management role.
