A leading pet care company is seeking fresh graduates for a 24-month trainee program with local and overseas rotations. This program aims to develop young talent into future leaders, offering opportunities for coaching and mentoring. Willingness to travel within Malaysia and overseas is required.

PWM (Pet World International Sdn Bhd) – Petaling

PWI Special Project Program Contain:

24 months program with Local & Overseas Rotations (1 year 9 months Local & 3 months in an Overseas branch depending on project)

Designed to nurture/grow the ‘young talent, developing leaders with us, whilst continually strengthen

Trainees shall be assigned to departments within the commercial office (Shah Alam - HQ) and manufacturing site to develop business knowledge and leadership skills, as talent pipeline to grow and develop with us.

Program Structure:

Candidates will be assigned to a Special Project or an Assignment on a 6 months duration under the ECB Board Leadership (which consist of CEO, COO, Chief Commercial Director, Chief Human Resources Officer & Chief Business Strategies Officer)

He or she will go through coaching, mentoring, Learning and Engagement sessions

Candidates will be posted to Thailand or Indonesia for a duration of 3 months within the 2 years journey

Program Requirement:

Fresh graduates or candidates < 1.5 years working experience

Min CGPA of 3.5 and above

Excellent record of extra-curricular achievements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and computer literate

Confident, independent, strong team orientation and leadership potential

Passionate to work in Multiple subsidiaries industry especially FMCG Industries.

Willing to travel around within Malaysia and overseas
