Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturer in Johor, Malaysia is looking for a professional to assist with sourcing and procurement of materials, maintain vendor records, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in English and Mandarin, along with 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, sales, or logistics. Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (verbal & written) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in purchasing, sales, or logistics preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials, tools, and components.
  • Maintain vendor records, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries.
  • Coordinate with production and inventory teams for material planning.
  • Support sales team with quotations and customer follow-ups.
  • Provide translation and interpretation between English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials, tools, and components.
  • Maintain vendor records, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries.
  • Coordinate with production and inventory teams for material planning.
  • Support sales team with quotations, order confirmations, and customer follow-ups.
  • Provide translation and interpretation between English and Mandarin.
  • Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with logistics providers.
Requirements
