Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of servers and databases.
• Administer and provide support for ERP applications (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
• Extract data from databases and generate reports for users.
• Monitor and manage data backup processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Perform system analysis, system testing, and continuous system enhancement and improvement.
• Provide infrastructure troubleshooting and IT support.
• Implement, administer, and design IT network infrastructure, including networking support.
• Create, update, and maintain IT documentation.
• Update, maintain, and perform periodic computer and IT asset inventory checks.
• Handle 5S practices for the working area and server room.
• Manage and support CCTV systems, email systems, keyphone systems, network infrastructure, firewall, and antivirus servers.
• Ensure software and hardware license compliance.
• Develop RTC reports and SQL Report Builder reports for Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), data analysis, and hands-on ERP experience.
• Familiarity with SQL database environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills
