Job summary

A leading property management firm in Malaysia, Johor is seeking an experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of a shopping mall. You will manage tenant relations, ensure safety, and optimize mall operations while leading a team of approximately 45 staff. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in relevant fields, at least 2 years of experience in property management, and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Malay is required, while knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience in property management or retail environment.
• Computer literate with good report writing skills.
• Understanding of P&L statements and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the shopping mall.
• Coordinate and monitor performance of mall staff and contractors.
• Organize tenant meetings to address complaints and security matters.
• Implement cost-cutting programmes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 45 staff.
