Mall Fit Out Executive / Asst Manager (JB)

We are seeking an experienced and self driven Mall Fit Out Executive / Assistant Manager to join us in Johor Bahru, Johor.

In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the fit‑out and refurbishment projects within the company's shopping mall portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the fit‑out and refurbishment projects for retail spaces within the company's shopping malls
• Liaise with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of fit‑out guidelines and standards
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for management

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mall fit‑out, retail design, or project management
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
