Job description

1.1 Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

1.2 Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify and fix potential issues before breakdown occurs.

1.3 Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical faults promptly to minimize production downtime.

1.4 Assist in machine setup, adjustment, and calibration according to product specifications and ensure machines are running correctly before production starts.

1.5 Monitor machine performance during operation and report any abnormalities, unusual sounds, or vibrations to the supervisor.

1.6 Ensure all maintenance activities follow company safety rules, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements.

1.7 Maintain proper documentation of maintenance work, service schedules, spare parts usage, and repair history.

1.8 Ensure all tools, equipment, and maintenance areas are well‑kept, clean, and in good condition.

1.9 Support production and engineering teams in solving technical issues and assist during machine testing or commissioning.

1.10 Suggest improvements to enhance machine performance, reduce downtime, and improve cost efficiency.

1.11 Perform any other ad hoc tasks or duties assigned by the Operation Manager or Management as required.
