Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and supporting systems to ensure minimum breakdowns and reduce repetitive repairs
• Perform technical tests, troubleshooting, and repair jobs on machinery, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Conduct periodic inspections and checks on all machines, equipment, and facilities as part of the preventive maintenance program
• Attend to breakdowns and perform basic troubleshooting to ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition to support daily production operations
• Assist engineers in repair and improvement works
• Provide technical assistance to process development and machine operations
• Carry out engineering, electrical, and plant improvement projects
• Implement a rigorous preventive maintenance system
• Monitor and oversee contractors who perform repair or servicing jobs
• Document all maintenance activities comprehensively
• Responsible for the operational maintenance function and reporting to the Maintenance Executive
• Assist co-workers with experiments and data recording
• Prepare shift report updates
• Support new process implementation and new equipment setup
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and safety standards
• Implement and maintain safety requirements in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
• Actively contribute as a member of the Food Safety Team by coordinating and enhancing food safety measures; promptly report any detected quality or food safety issues to the supervisor and assist in resolving them
• Follow SOP, GMP, and safety requirements strictly
• Uphold high ethical standards and adhere to all applicable regulations and company guidelines
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve work processes and implement relevant enhancements
• Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative
• Perform additional tasks or assignments as directed by the immediate superior or management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required
