Qualifications

• Experience in plastic injection molding industry, robotic spray preferred.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Executive / Chargeman to handle plant machinery maintenance, building & facilities management, solar power systems, and audit preparation. The role requires strong technical knowledge along with the ability to manage ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 documentation and support internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

Plant & Machinery Maintenance:

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic injection molding machines
• Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ensuring minimum downtime and stable production

Building & Facilities Management:

• Maintenance of factory building, utilities, lighting, compressors, and air systems
• Coordination with contractors, AMCs, and service providers
• Compliance with safety and statutory requirements

Solar Chargeman Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of solar power plant
• Monitoring solar generation, inverters, panels, and electrical distribution
• Maintaining solar performance and compliance records

Audit Preparation & Documentation:

• Preparation and maintenance of documents for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Managing maintenance-related records, SOPs, checklists, and logs
• Supporting internal, customer, and external audits
• Implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or pure working experience
• Valid Chargeman License (mandatory)
• Experience in plastic injection molding industry, robotic spray preferred
• Hands‑on knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 requirements
• 3–6 years of relevant experience
